Almost perfect

This keyboard is the first mechanical keyboard I can enjoy. The reason is sound, as I'm very touchy about unnecessary noise. I use the brown optical switch version and it's completely acceptable for me out of the box. It's just a little bit louder than Apple magic keyboard or Lenovo/Dell ones.
Still it has couple of annoying details:
- backlight key. I really don't catch the idea of having a separate button just for blinking, especially when there is a loot of free ones that could be used together with fn key. I really miss the insert key, as it's widely used in different applications as a part of shortcuts .
- Bluetooth works only in short distance from the receiver. I'm not sure if it's a problem with keyboard or the receiver, still, when I had the receiver plugged into hub i my screen, the keyboard was not usable. Shortening distance solved the problem completely however.
- I cannot remap buttons I completely do not need, like screen brightness, opening file explorer etc. It would be great to make it possible
- I would really, really enjoy if it would be possible to create my own firmware/software for this keyboard. I completely do not understand the idea behind having a deeply customizable keyboard but sticked to some closed firmware.

Overall, that's a great keyboard, I really enjoy it, still would be happy to see a bit more.

Opticals > mechanical

I have a K1 SE and K3, with mint and brown switches. Both keyboards added ~15wpm to my typing speed over regular mechanical, but the Mint switches really helped improve my accuracy. The heavier weight reduced misfires and fat finger presses. Only recommend if you have stronger hands though because they do take some force. Otherwise I love the sturdy and consistent feel of the tactile bumps. The banana switches feel almost identical to browns just a little noisier/clickier.

Missed opportunity for not including switches

They should've included sample switches of the other colors with the keyboard purchases to entice buyers to try. I would've likely ordered a second set of switches if they did on top of the red i have
